AT&T Wireless

Service/Coverage keeps getting worse

about

I was a Cellular One (Dobson) customer from 2000 on. The coverage in the NW MN area where I live was quite good--I nearly always had coverage and had very few dropped calls. My plan had no roaming charges US-wide (Cell One used the ATT network). Last year AT&T Wireless (just after it changed back from Cingular) bought Dobson-Cellular One. Read more »

Roll Over Minutes

about

Yesterday 7/8/08 I called AT&T to change my cell phone calling plan because my husband and I are not using all of our 1400 anytime minutes each month and they are going into roll over minutes each month. Our roll over minutes calculated to almost 7000 minutes so I wanted to take advantage of them before they expire and besides, we obviously don’t need 1400 a month anyway. Read more »

Overcharging

I bought a phone (Nokia n75) right before I went to Europe. For the first two days it kept checking my email. I deleted my email address from the phone. I used it once a day to connect to the internet (through my laptop) to download emails. After 7 days, the phone got shut off. My bill was up to $2800, I didn't have a history established of bills in that dollar range. Read more »

It's a simple transaction. You order a phone, they put it in a box, they send it to you, you pay for it. What a bunch of HORSE@!#$. One hour on the phone with "Customer Service/Sales" to order three phones. Sure Miss, we'll ship it to your office. Again, HORSE@!#$. Read more »

I have "unlimited" data plan on my TREO 650. I went few miles out of roaming range, took 8 digital pics from my TREO, emailed them to my Yahoo account and the following month got billed $2630.00 for 14 minutes of phone time and transfer of 4.2 megs of pictures.

Seems a bit steep....no?

after 3 years with verizon, we went to at&t/cingular because they had rollover. What a mistake! Our calls keep dropping. We were sent another phone and it's doing the same thing. Now in a few days they are sending a third phone! Pretty sure it isn't going to help. We're stuck in a two year contract. Hope we don't have any emergencies. This is our only phone.
