AT&T Uverse
Didn't show up

I was already a customer of ATT Uverse. I bought a house and called them to move the service. On the day I moved in they didn't show up for service. I called and they seemed completely unconcerned. I'm a school teacher and can't be there for a 1-3 appt on weekdays. So, since they wouldn't come out after 5pm, they told me I would have to wait another two weeks for service. Read more »
AT&T is a terrible cable provider

I just ordered UFC 100 from att and tried to pause it so that friends who were running late could watch the fights. First of all I was only able to pause for 30 minutes when with comcast I could pause much much longer. Not only that, I couldn't even record the god damn program that I paid 55 fucking dollars for.
