SUNDAY, I LOST MY PHONE SERVICE. I CALLED U-VERSE AND GOT THEIR TECH SUPPORT. I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND ONE WORD THE WOMAN SAID. SHE RESET MY SYSTEM. MY COMPUTER AND TV CAME BACK ON BUT MY PHONE DIDN'T. On Aug 10, 2008 I had AT&T Uvers installed, at that time I was getting 2 HD streams, On Oct 2, 2008 the changed out my DVR do to problems with the old on. With the installation of the new box I lost my 2nd HD strems, I now only have 1 HD steam, and when I order it I was told that I would have 2 HD steam. Read more »
