AT&T U-Verse
I have no phone service

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF U-VERSE SINCE LAST YEAR. ON
SUNDAY, I LOST MY PHONE SERVICE. I CALLED U-VERSE AND GOT THEIR TECH SUPPORT. I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND ONE WORD THE WOMAN SAID. SHE RESET MY SYSTEM. MY COMPUTER AND TV CAME BACK ON BUT MY PHONE DIDN'T. SHE SAID SHE WOULD SEND IT TO SOMEONE ELSE AND THEY WOULD CALL ME ON MONDAY ON MY CELL. Read more »
was getting not now getting 2 HD steams

On Aug 10, 2008 I had AT&T Uvers installed, at that time I was getting 2 HD streams, On Oct 2, 2008 the changed out my DVR do to problems with the old on. With the installation of the new box I lost my 2nd HD strems, I now only have 1 HD steam, and when I order it I was told that I would have 2 HD steam. Read more »
