AT&T cares more about money than they do traditional phone line customers. The technician has 2 hours to fix your line or he/she is written up/harassed. They are called thieves and liars by upper management and punished for trying to fix your lines correctly. Read more »

I used to lose broadband service once or twice a day. About a week ago we got a robocall from AT&T saying our service had been upgraded and how pleased they were to improve our situation. Now we lose broadband service about every 45 minutes. In fact, as I starting writing this complaint I lost service again and am now writing off line waiting to be reconnected.

ATT is charging us $147.23 (almost $10.00/minute) for two international calls made from our home in Los Angeles, CA to Colombia, South America, even though we are not ATT customers. I applied for the Uverse services from AT&T. I have had cell phone service with them since they first took over Cingular. I have over $200 in cell and data services for my two sons and myself. November 8, 2007 I sent for rebates on phones we received. They said we would receive our rebate in 6 to 8 weeks. Rebate was never received or never received in the form of a check, which we expected. We have never got anything for a rebate to the best of our knowledge nor have we cashed or used anything. On January 3, 2008, our small business phone line in our home was shut off without warning by AT&T because the December, 2007 bill had not been paid yet (the last payment was for November 15, 2007 bill). Why do we have to dial 1-630 when we are in the 630 area code? Ant chance they get, ATT makes ur lives mor miserable.

The new format of AT&T of my web page for some reason caused the internet explorer to relate "an error has been encountered and you have been disconnected from the internet" when I try to send an e-mail.
