purchased a digital thermometer, it was faulty, emailed them, they said to return item to them, I did last I heard from them, paypal wont chase them as they only respond if item not sent! watch these crooks and dont buy from them!

Ordered from them for the first time. Package arrive from Australia, which was the first red flag. Then inside, the 12-month supply of frontline I had ordered for my dog was in ziplock bags -- no boxes. 2 of the 6 tubes in the Frontline Plus I ordered were open and had leaked. The company told me to return those and they would replace them. I pay to send these empty tubes back to Australia and four months later have still not received replacements. They do not answer any email when I asked about this.

I received the same fake frontline..
my cat lost her hair and became very ill before I knew what the problem was. The fake package looks very real but the fake frontline warning tell you how to spot the fraud.

they advertise frontline plus but when I received the product the pkg was a copy and the medicine was some fake toxic oil that they wanted me to apply to my cats neck.. beware.. they may kill your pets.. dont try to get you money back because they never reply.

I ordered Frontline from this company and one of the vials arrived empty -- no, there were no holes or liquid in the box. I have been sending numerous emails to try and recoup either the money or another vial. I am not getting anywhere with this company ... anyone have a phone number here in the states or other agencies to complain to?

i've ordered from these guys twice, and never had any problem. they have the best prices i could find for advantage for cats, and the order arrived about 8 days after i ordered them.

I placed a order 3 weeks ago and have not received. I have been unable to contact anyone and all I get is a canned response through e-mail
