I visited the outlet on 10th July 2009 alongwith my wife and ordered for a single scoop of one of the flavours. Upon enquiry by the attendant, one Mr Rajesh, my wife chose to have her icecream in a cup. However soon after she changed her mind and decided to have it in a cone. Most of the times the telephone is not working.after several times (i.e. 9 times) complaing to bsnl customer service no one take care of this.It is sorry to say now i would like disconnect your service due to poor serviec, because lot of company agree to provide their service in door step.
