i have called,an called,it takes all day to talk to (live)got hung up on a couple of times,when i get someone an talk a little,my computer comes to life....(really?)com on!it stays good for a while.then starts all over again.no on line off an on.( profits at the expense of customers? (come on )i have brought other machines here,it does the same thing!,,,fix ot!!!!!!!!!!!1

AT&T has truly given me the blues. First of all it has allowed collect calls to be charged to my phone, some kind of a way - which they have named crossed circuitry, which they claimed to have been repaired (and this even has yet to be seen). Any way, after a four hour wait and three different departments we seem to have cleared up the matter and the charges will be removed. Read more »

This abuse is coming from the technician with U-verse that was scheduled between noon and 2:00 PM today to switch out our master U-verse box. It is now 3:20 PM and we still have not received a call or a technician show up to work on the U-verse box. I talked with Mike at U-verse, and he could not tell us who to contact to isssue this complaint. Read more »
