about

If you like to speak to a person, forget about it when dealing with Hawaiian Airlines. The only number they give you to resolve a problem is a fax number. NO Email, no phone number ....only a fax. Then you get to wait until they contact you. Could take up to 30 days. They charge $100 to change from a nick name like Sue to Susan..so becareful if you need to make reservations.
