I call Cingular every month about my phone bill, and nothing is ever done about it, and I am sick in tired of it. They have turned my phone and want me to pay them $1600.00, that is not going to happen.

My husband is in the military. We were just recently on leave in Missouri from Germany, on our way to Alaska. We decided to purchase a phone and plan, mainly because his family, his children most importantly, have cingular services and the "great" mobile-to-mobile cingular offered. Read more »

Yup, 54 grand! Cingular buys AT&T about a year ago. I was an AT&T customer. After the merger, they make me switch to the Cingular network (even though they are the same company.) So much for being transparent. Idiots! Read more »
