I am talking about the BSNL exchange in my village Nadora in Goa State.

The exchange is so bad that the whole exchange stops functioning in the nights by 7:00pm and then the next day the attendant does some repair that starts it again. On weekeends or on holidays if this happens then teh whole village is cut off. Read more »

HIGH TARRIF IS BEING CHARGED AT CHD. BSNL 34 T.E. IN INDIA ONE PLAN

i recharged my cellone account balance with a top up of Rs112 on 5th Aug 07 but till today i.e.7th Aug 07 it has not yet been credited. I have been calling customer care but to no avail. I am hearing the same again and again that it is still pending and will be credited after some time.Its getting on my nerves.
