I visited the outlet on 10th July 2009 alongwith my wife and ordered for a single scoop of one of the flavours. Upon enquiry by the attendant, one Mr Rajesh, my wife chose to have her icecream in a cup. However soon after she changed her mind and decided to have it in a cone. we have been enjoying BR icecreams for a long time.But this time it was a sort of cheating by the salesman at the DLF Food Court outlet, New Delhi(bil no. B0002150). The staff smartly passed on small quantity in the name of a double scoop and argued for it when objected to. Not a 'sweet' experience this time.

M/s. Baskin Robbins has recently started a store in our neighborhood i.e I.C.Colony, Borivili (W). Today along with the newspaper we received a Pamphlet regarding the BUY ONE GET ONE FREE Scheme offered by them.

Had gone last weekend to the Baskin Robbins outlet on JM Road Pune.
The staff over there was not only rude , but they made us wait for 10 minutes to get our sscoop in favour of a few college girls who reached the store after us. Sick service !!!!
