It is impossible to get a repair person to come fix a problem. I have been without service for 2 weeks. They keep missing appointments and no one there seems to care.

I've had them out to my house 5 times now for my phone and they have done nothing to fix the problem. People complain when they call my house that they get a message saying this person cannot be reached, try back later.My phone goes dead for no reason whatsoever.My caller I.D. never works anymore. ATT sold us on going with their Uverse system, phones and high speed internet. The told us numerous times we can get you the same email address, but better to get Gmail so it is easier to change carriers when you want/need to. (that should have been my first clue! ) FIRST BIG LIE ! Read more »

An ATT Uverse tech came out to hardwire my internet because of multiple problems with their wireless system. He ended up killing the phone to the whole house and drilling multiple holes in the walls before finally coming up with a solution that worked.
