ATT UVerse
Complete Nightmare from day one!

We had Uverse installed in May 09. The tech that was here was nice, but kept throwing in hints of vulgarity that made the entire day uneasy. He was in my home for 8 hours and spent much of the time on his phone with his friends.He set up my account with security questions I do not have the answers to,so I cannot access the account on line at all. Installation

I was given a window of 2 to 4 pm for installation for my new ATT-uverse service. I took half a day off work so I could be at home for the install. I waited till 5 PM and no one showed up. I called ATT and was bounced off from dept to dept then being put on hold finally after an hour customer service agent came on line. Read more »
tv guide

2 Days ago the tv guide was updated and in the narrative they left out the date of the movie.That means if your are taping a movie you don't know if you are taping a new movie or an old movie or a silent movie Many movies are remakes. Bring back the date.
Also why not add what kind of movie it is ie horror, mystery drama etc.
The director was also drop some time ago
Very Bad Service

My installation for ATT U-verse was scheduled to occur yesterday December 9th, 2008. The installer called before arriving and was prompt and pleasant when he showed up. After walking through my house he advised me he had to leave and would be back in 30-45 minutes to go to the hub for our neighborhood. He arrived back as promised, but then left again for another 30 minutes. Read more »
Left me without phone service

During my Uverse install, it was decided that we not include my phones because it might cause problems with my alarm system. The installer restored my normal ATT service before leaving and we verified all with the alarm company. Later that evening (a Friday, of course) some flipped a switch and changed my phone service from reg ATT to ATT uverse. Now I have no phone service. Read more »
ATT UVERSE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

I am an ATT&T UVERSE customer and I ordered the VOIP Phone. They didn't deliver it and when I called the Customer Service Agent, they have lost my order!!!
They don't have any information of the order and they tell me that the policy has changed!!
Beats me, I am on hold for last 15 minutes, they tell me that something in the system has screwed up!!
