The apartments are all hard wired for the service but all of the geniuses in customer service can not put your address in the system. We had a rep for Att u-verse come door to door hawking this u-verse thing. We thought it was a good idea. So we signed up. I waited with anticipation for the person to come to install it. I canceled my other service and everything. No one came. Then no one came again , and again , and again.
