There have been MULTIPLE times that I have called in and the automated system either tells me that tech support is "closed" when it's really not and I can't get through to them...they ALWAYS hang up on you if the problem is too hard or if you sound the least bit frustrated. They have the worst customer service i have seen, was checked by their service manager, Constance Michles, the lady was very rude, not helpful and unfriendly, I can't believe she is a service manger there, states a lot about the store!!!!!

I bought cookies from the bakery and when I got home I noticed they were expired by 5 days. I took them back and was given a refund but no one appoligized not even the store manager. They store is less than half a mile from my house and I now drive 5 miles to a Lucky.

Cancelled uVerse. Used to have combined billing (att wireless _ uverse). The nutmegs at head office didn't think through that when someone cancels uVerse (mainly because they move and the new address doesn't have uVerse service) they are still an AT&T wireless customer and cannot pay the AT&T wireless bill because the wireless account is locked out and the uVerse account is closed. this company sent me a code to unlock my blackberry - I paid 19.99 dollars for this. the code did not work. I emailed the company - they ignored me- i sent a video with the date to prove that the code did not work. they emailed me about some software to download a new code but warned of the risk of a virus!

WHY does the menu guide need to show movies or special shows and we can't tell whats coming on the channels? I thought that was what this channel was suppose to be..a GUIDE CHANNEL. When you show your movies, shows etc., you aren't able to read the menu and the context of the programs coming up. Tonight I visited my building to find to my shock and amazement Comcast had run arial lines and attached equipment and boxes to my commercial building without verbal, telephone or written notice.

It will need to be removed pending engineering conferences on the proper underground installation if any is to take place at all.

When I type www.yahoo.com.au it doesn't go to the normal home page, it goes to a list of yahoo addresses and I have to click one of these to get the home page and this is taking a long time to load.
After this opens my home page I log in OK then click messages, this opens OK but when I click a message it tells me "experiencing problems at the moment, click here to reload". Read more »

What can I or you do to eliminate your advertising window (which is sometimes transparent but mostly not) from blocking access to the lower part boxes on my inbox. The exchange is so bad that the whole exchange stops functioning in the nights by 7:00pm and then the next day the attendant does some repair that starts it again. On weekeends or on holidays if this happens then teh whole village is cut off. Read more »

I recently purchased Chilean green grapes at the Calgary, Alberta store at8th Street and 12th Ave., Both my husband and myself had not eaten anything but the grapes and awoke with major headaches, numbness and just not well. I washed them four times and still believe that was the source of some bacteria on the grapes. I just hope no one else goes through the same morning as we did.

I have a 20 month old daughter who only drinks Pura Kids milk. I have to drive around to all four of the Safeway stores in our vaccinity on a regular basis to try and get any and often there is none available at any of the Safeway stores near us. I am big fan of BR. I have been to BR somany times.

I went to BR located Opposite to Care Banjara, Hyd. Order two medium scoops with hot fudge. No one on the earth would call it hot fudge, you can call it cool fudge instead. When complained to staff, they didn't even respond. Even the icecream is not good. It's full of foam.
