AT&T cares more about money than they do traditional phone line customers. The technician has 2 hours to fix your line or he/she is written up/harassed. They are called thieves and liars by upper management and punished for trying to fix your lines correctly. Also, at&t believes it is cheaper for you to cancel your at&t service than it is to replace the old deteriated phone cables providing your service. I know this because I work for this "monster" called AT&T.
