I too ordered items from freshchocodiles.com on March 3rd. I too emailed three times, two of which have been through eBay, and I have neither heard from a representative from the 'company' nor have I gotten what I ordered. I took it upon myself to do a bit of research and sadly, we two aren't the only ones that have been (for lack of a better word) had. I've read about others who hadn't had their goods shipped to them and have never gotten replies to emails.

I am in the process of escalating my dispute to a claim for my money back. Normally I wouldn't be too bothered about the money, but it's the principle. If everybody just let it go, he/she/they will just continue doing it because they get away with it and a lot of other people could get stung.

By the way, if you look closely on the site, there are absolutely NO contact details other than an email address. More fool me for not noticing that, because if I had, I wouldn't be in this predicament.

I've also ordered from them and have yet to receive anything including any word from the seller.

I have started an escalation process against them to get my money back and I'm going to contact the provider of the website to get it taken down.

I retract my statement!!! I just received my box of chocodiles! It took them 11 days to arrive, but they are in my arms AND THEY ARE FRESH. :) Freshchocodiles.com is legit. THANKS GUYS!!!

i ordered blackberry pies from them as well and never received my product, a refund, or an answer to my emails.

I have just placed an order with freshchocodiles.com too, now I am sooooo worried that I dont get my pies. I was researching the Hostess fruit pies (box of 10 for 16 bucks, "high 5"!!!) as they say they are made with real fruit and I wanted to confirm that they count towards my five a day that my dietician has advised me to have. They expect me to develop Type 2 diabetes, I am a little overweight and find it difficult to exercise. That is the reason I tend to order my boxes of pies instead of going to the 7-11 on the next block. I stumbled across this site when checking, now I am scared. They also have sno-balls on sale!! I will let you all know the progress of the pies Fingers crossed for me and everyone else! P.L.

I had the same problem. DO NOT ORDER FORM THEM!!! I honestly DO NOT think this is a real company. I paid on 7 Mar 10 and after two weeks of nothing I attempted to email and call. No response at all. Luckily I paid through Paypal and I filed a claim (which they never responded to) then raised it to a dispute. They only responded to the dispute after I filed a report on The Internet Crime Complaint Center (www.ic3.gov) nad even then it was only to provide a a USPS tracing number that showed a package being delivered over 100 miles away from my house! I immediately called Paypal and asked them to look at the complaint. They did and immediately refunded my money. THis place is a joke. I did however find a place to order Hostess products: wwwLooneyStuff.com They seem to be reputable. I received a confirmation email and they have no complaints that I can find anywhere. THey don't have Chocodiles but they have just about everything else.
