I have a bsnl land line telephone having number '2462791'. Most of the times the telephone is not working.after several times (i.e. 9 times) complaing to bsnl customer service no one take care of this.It is sorry to say now i would like disconnect your service due to poor serviec, because lot of company agree to provide their service in door step. However,no bill is pending with me. I always payment before due date.I hope other customers should not suffered like me with bsnl service.
