We had a rep for Att u-verse come door to door hawking this u-verse thing. We thought it was a good idea. So we signed up. I waited with anticipation for the person to come to install it. I canceled my other service and everything. No one came. Then no one came again , and again , and again. I took off from work for these animals . who have the brain capacity of a single cell organism. They kept saying how sorry they were and they swore that they would show up every time. I never had seen this done. They finally told me that we couldn't get u-verse were I lived. I asked them them why did the rep come door to door? No one answered that one. I let it go to over a year and decided to try again, because I HATE EARTHLINK ALMOST AS MUCH
So I signed up on line went through the " can you u-verse at your address" thing ( I found out my neighbors had u-verse the whole time....interesting). Set up the time for install.....and nobody came. I didn't even get mad.... I will however get even. They told me they didn't have enough time to get to me
She asked if I wanted to reschedule AFTER I told her my story from last time. I told her .....uh.....no. Geez they are a stupid company. I will pursue other avenues. Ah, but this time I didn't cancel my Direct T.V., just that stinky Earth ( can we say India )link ( which I was going to rid of anyway).
