I have no phone service

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF U-VERSE SINCE LAST YEAR. ON
SUNDAY, I LOST MY PHONE SERVICE. I CALLED U-VERSE AND GOT THEIR TECH SUPPORT. I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND ONE WORD THE WOMAN SAID. SHE RESET MY SYSTEM. MY COMPUTER AND TV CAME BACK ON BUT MY PHONE DIDN'T. SHE SAID SHE WOULD SEND IT TO SOMEONE ELSE AND THEY WOULD CALL ME ON MONDAY ON MY CELL.
THIS IS WHERE THE NIGHTMARE BEGINS. I SPENT THE ENTIRE DAY ON MY CELL TALKING TO U-VERSE TECHS (A TOTAL OF 6 DIFFERENT TECHS) WHO RESET MY SYSTEM OR TOOK CONTROL OF MY GATEWAY TO GET MY PHONE BACK UP. WHEN EACH TIME IT DIDN'T WORK THEY WOULD SAY THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK IN AN HOUR. NO ONE CALLED BACK. I WOULD CALL THEM BACK AGAIN, ONLY FOR THE TECH TO SAY, THEY WOULD RESET MY SYSTEM OR TAKE CONTROL OF MY GATEWAY. THIS WENT ON ONE TECH AFTER ANOTHER.
FINALLY I CALL AGAIN ON TUESDAY AND DEMAND THEY DISPATCH SOMEONE TO MY HOME TO FIX MY PHONE... WELL LOW AND BEHOLD, THEY WANT TO RESET MY SYSTEM ONCE AGAIN. I TOLD THEM NO.. I WANT SOMEONE TO COME HERE AND FIX MY PHONE. RESETTING MY SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING.. HE JUST IGNORED MY REQUEST AND CONTINUED WITH HIS SPEEL ABOUT RESETTING MY SYSTEM AND DO I GIVE HIM MY PERMISSION TO ENTER MY GATEWAY. I TOLD HIM NO YOU DONT HAVE PERMISSION BECAUSE ITS NOT FIXING THE PROBLEM.. I WANT SOMEONE HERE TO FIX THIS NOW. HE CONTINUED TO IGNORE MY COMPLAINT AND SAID CALMLY I NEED YOUR PERMISSION TO ENTER YOUR GATEWAY..DO I HAVE YOUR PERMISSION..
THIS TIME I JUST HUNG UP.. I AM SO FED UP WITH THESE PEOPLE. I DONT HAVE NO IDEA WHERE TO TURN NOW.. I CANT GET A REPAIR PERSON OUT HERE FOR NOTHING.
DOES ANY ONE KNOW WHAT TO DO OR WHO TO CONTACT? I AM GETTING READY TO CALL THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN THE STATE OF MICHIGAN TO SEE IF THEY CAN HELP ME.
