I was already a customer of ATT Uverse. I bought a house and called them to move the service. On the day I moved in they didn't show up for service. I called and they seemed completely unconcerned. I'm a school teacher and can't be there for a 1-3 appt on weekdays. So, since they wouldn't come out after 5pm, they told me I would have to wait another two weeks for service. I kept trying to get them to fix the problem, but nobody seemed to care that they had screwed up or that I was going to go with a different provider. Now I have the evil giant Comcast, but if ATT won't bother to help their customers, I guess they'll never compete.
