customer service....or just service
As the letter sent to me stated..Hold on ..uverse is coming!...
Install date Oct 7th. Installer shows up..didn't have a clue. Said someone would be back. I called on the 9th. Was told that they didn't have a record but someone would be there on the 13th. In the mean time I have no phone, tv, or internet service. The 13th rolls around..guess what? Nobody shows up. No phone call. Nothing. I called them back..several times..and several minutes (possibly hours. Was told I couldn't get anyone out before the 28th. They said that on the 13th the tech was called to another job...but they can't get a tech out here to fix the mess I have. Customer service is a joke. I have tried to get a manager or someone with some athority but no luck there. Or shall I say, I tried to get the captain of thier ship of fools. The dvr, reciever , remotes, modem,battery back up pack and wireless reciever are now by the front door..soon to be set out on the porch for at&t to pick up..which they say the can't do either..must be mailed. Looks like they will be sitting there for some time to come then. My mail date was last week but I won't have another mail date for two yrs..sorry AT&T.
