Lousy Customer Service

I wanted to comment on my stay at the Marriott, which I was very unhappy and will never again stay at another Courtyard. First of all I made a reservation for a suite which should have included a separate room with a sofa bed. My reservation was original for June 1 thru June 8th but due to a change at the last minute I have to change my dates from June 1 to May 31 thru June 7th. Read more »

I placed a order 3 weeks ago and have not received. I have been unable to contact anyone and all I get is a canned response through e-mail
horrible customer service

Since Comcast took over for Adelphia, our service in the Colorado Springs/Monument area has been horrible. Our "high speed" internet, digital cable and Vonage (VOIP) phone have suffered irreparably. No real corrective action has been taken and our bill is due to increase, due to Adelphia fees being lower than Comcast charges. Read more »

Why they won't work

Well, I finally figured out what I've been doing wrong. So, should you have to deal with the US Government this is what you do:
1. Make sure you have Cake and Ice Creme for them.
2. Party Favors.
3. Any paperwork make sure it's gift wrapped.

I went to Safeway to pick up a few items with my 7 year old Zachary. I asked the clerk if I could input my phone number for the rewards card. She agreed and I did so. My 7 year old said, "When I grow up I wish my telephone number was 602-701-11101", a funny yet harmless thing to say for a typical 7 year old. Read more »

I am in the middle of a nightmare with this online store, which by the way is the same as Netshops, Inc. the website is Cribs.com and have the misleading furniture picture color, i tried to cancel within the following 5 minutes and here we are a week later, with the same problem trying to cancel, over the phone, multiple emails, it's just ridiculos.
