they then scammed us out of another 6000 and gave us a discount of 29 of a new one which was compleeted,

I have had AT&T Land line with DSL for years, my Alarm system was working fine. On 12/8, U-verse came to my house to install, there were 3 different U-verse Technicians touching/re-wiring my phone box.

1. First U-verse was the OUTSIDE person, he only did the outside wiring and left.
2. Second U-verse setup the Gateway, he also did something with the Phone box. Read more »

This company advertises in a lot of campuses, attempts to steal all the used college textbooks but they are a FLY BY NIGHT COMPANY!!! We all have to make a stand against these people. Most students are in debt enough because of our tuition fees and they take advantage of us even more. THIS CANNOT BE TOLERATED!!!!

I tried speaking with managers explaining I have had this account for almost 2 years with no holds being put on these checks. On Aug 10, 2008 I had AT&T Uvers installed, at that time I was getting 2 HD streams, On Oct 2, 2008 the changed out my DVR do to problems with the old on. With the installation of the new box I lost my 2nd HD strems, I now only have 1 HD steam, and when I order it I was told that I would have 2 HD steam. Read more »
