My children (mixed but blend in with the rest of the State) and my friend (African American) went to Baskin Robbins on 5/2/08. The staff refused to service them. My children are young and are confused since this is the first time this has happened to them. It is not my friend's first time. They attempted to get the staff's attention but could not. An ATT Uverse tech came out to hardwire my internet because of multiple problems with their wireless system. He ended up killing the phone to the whole house and drilling multiple holes in the walls before finally coming up with a solution that worked. So, I love the fact that you can bundle your services, Cable, Internet and Phone. For those that live in Colorado, Comcast has a triple deal, signup for all three services and get each one for $33 a month. Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I cancelled their service three months ago and they continued to send me bills even though the land line had already been cancelled. When I called to complain, I would be placed on holld for up to 20 minutes at a time. They claimed that they could not find a request to cancel the service . Read more »

On March 19, 2007 I purchased a used Chrysler Pacifica from Adams Jeep of Aberdeen Md. When are people gonna get it. Internet access is like the phone. Actually, it is beyond the phone. Charge me for a local call and give me free internet access. It blows my mind that I am in a hotel for 4 nights at $449 a night, and they have the audacity to charge me another 13 bucks to get out to the web. Read more »
